Stuttgart, July 30, 2008 - The German Stock Exchange has accepted Business
Media China´s application for the Prime Standard. The shares of the company
will be traded in the segment with the highest transparency standards in
Germany as of today.

The semi-annual results of the company will be released on August 26, 2008.

At the same day at 4.30 pm Business Media China AG will hold a company
presentation at the DVFA small cap conference in Frankfurt.
